MarineTec Management and Consulting Company, (MMC), is a privately held third party management and consulting company that is committed to our clients and the marina industry. Our goal is to improve results, enhance day-to-day business operations, create value, and promote growth. Our management services are focused on eliminating waste and maximizing profits. We have a people friendly, pro-active, and hands-on management style. Our cost effective integrated management approach is complimented by strong administrative support.

Pam Lendzion

CEO

Pam Lendzion has 17 years experience in the Marine Industry as well as a 100 ton USCG Masters License. She has provided management and training services to marine businesses and has been a consultant to marinas and boatyards performing site assessments and due diligence, feasibility market studies, construction project management, business start-ups, operations management and oversight, and turn around management.

 

Pam was the Director of Marina Development for Legendary Marina Management, Director of Third Party Management and Special Projects at Marinas International, Marine Division Consultant at Focus Management Consulting Company and the COO of Vinings Marine Group.  Prior to her experience in the Marine industry, Ms. Lendzion had a long and varied history in the hospitality industry including owning two restaurants and an executive hotel that she designed, built, and operated, employing 100+ people. She also owned and operated a professional development training business with 42 licensed trainers, and is currently an International Marina Institute (IMI) faculty member, teaching Leadership Skills to marina and boatyard managers. Pam has served on theEditorial Board for Marina Dock Age Magazine been a speaker at trade conferences for many years.

Dennis Kissman

Financial Advisor and Consultant

Dennis Kissman has been in the recreation industry for over thirty-eight years and is an internationally recognized financial and management advisor and consultant specializing in marinas.  He has been the President and CEO of his own Marina Management and Consulting Company since 1988.  Dennis is a member of the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) and has served on their Facilities Development Committee since 1989 until it became part of the Marina Operators Association of America (MOAA) now called the Association of Marina Industries (AMI). He served on the Board of Directors from 2002—2004 and represents the Association on the International Marinas Committee (IMC) of the International Council of Marine Industry Associations  (ICOMIA). Kissman also has served as the Chairman of MOAA’s Marina Financing Committee.  Kissman is a member of the Recreational Navigation Commission (PIANC) Working Group Number 17,  “Guidelines for Marina Design”. He participated in an advisory capacity at conferences sponsored by the FL Sea Grant program on “Blue Belting”. Kissman served as a member of the International Marina Institute (IMI) as committee chair, authored the “Standardized System of Accounts for Marinas and Boatyards” and currently serves on the Educational Board of the IMI.  Since 1995, Kissman has published a financial 

management column in Marina Dockage magazine.  He has also published numerous articles in related recreational trade publications on the industry and has been quoted in many publications throughout the United States and Europe.

Christine Wilson

Director of IT

Chris Wilson received her B.B.A. in Information Technology and Communications. She has 20 years experience in a wide range of office executive and administrative positions. Her professional experiences include the use of both Apple and PC platforms using Adobe and Microsoft products for various marketing projects. She has successfully managed several fast-paced office environments as well as start-up and transitions of network systems, customized client management databases, accounting, systems, general administration, and graphic design for various digital marketing projects.

Ms. Wilson has served as an officer and advisor on the Board of two Home Owners Associations and has instructed continuing education classes at Georgia College & State University for the Microsoft Office package to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

Terri Clarke

Project Manager

Terri Clarke focuses on making a project come together. .She is a project manager who tackles problems, works smart and develops solutions to keep a project on track and in budget. She implements procedures, coordinates contractors, vendors and engineers and builds relationships with city, state and federal officials.  After graduating from Florida Institute of Technology with a degree in  Ocean Technology and Engineering,, Terri joined Southern Resource Mapping Corporation to coordinate surveying, aerial photography and mapping production. She was recruited by AeroMap U.S. to be their office and project manager. When two of their aerial photography pilots decided to open their own business, she was asked to join their team.  These moves solidified her worth as a valued project manager. 

Terri later utilized her skills at Lighthouse Boatyard & Marina where she held the title of General Manager for five years. Driven by a fundamental belief in honesty, Terri offered her employers, government officials, partners and staff, a welcome alternative to the previous operating culture.  Terri holds a 50-Ton Master Captains License with an Auxiliary Sail endorsement.
